Residents in Pennsylvania need to apply for a "License to Purchase Alcohol" through the Pennsylvania licensing department. This "License to Purchase Alcohol" needs to be renewed every four years. 2020 is the current renewal period, the next renewal will take place in 2024, regardless of the date your permit was issued.

Once you have the license, you will need to apply for a "Bulk Purchase Order."
For non-tax paying, nonprofit customers or companies, an "AE" permit may be obtained instead of a bulk purchase order form. For more information contact the Pennsylvania Licensing Department.
For all other customers, a paper form for "Bulk Purchase Order" can be requested by calling (717) 772-6943, or an online request can be found here.
Once approved, this "Bulk Purchase Order" will be good for 30 days, but can be extended if needed by calling.
You may place your order after you upload copies of your "License to Purchase Alcohol" and your "Bulk Purchase Order" to the Organic Alcohol Company website. Your order may then be processed.

Some states will require a simple one-page approval letter, while others may require an application that is a little more in-depth. To remain compliant for our customers and ourselves, we try to provide our customers with as up-to-date information as possible for their state. Due to frequent changes in state permitting laws and procedures, we can't guarantee that our information is 100% up to date. Please review your state information and apply for all permitting needed. Once customers have appropriate permitting, we require copies to be sent to us with each order.
