You must fill out both permits and send to PO Box 27491 Richmond, Virginia 23261-7491
After it is received by the Virginia Department of Alcohol Control, the Transport Alcohol Permit will be sent to the Organic Alcohol Company, where we will confirm the last half of page two on the form.
Once you have both permits back from the Virginia Department of Alcohol Control, upload the permits to your account on the Organic Alcohol Company website. Your order will then be processed.
Please note: You must then FOLLOW UP and send back a copy (or original) of the Fed-Ex packing slip to the Virginia Department of Alcohol Control at the PO box above for their records.
The process generally takes three weeks. The permit lasts one year and will need to be renewed every calendar year.

Once customers have appropriate permitting, we require copies to be sent to us with each order.
